Brian Willems leads an active life: when he's not managing his own construction company, you can find Brian surfing or writing. "Surfing is only a small part of my fitness regime," says Brian, who has developed his own keen fitness routine outside of the gym (be sure to read Brian's Blog for more information on his techniques). Brian holds a BS in Construction Science and on occasion has been known to eat a whole chicken. |

Besides being a crack webmaster and developer, Kevin DeLuca knows the ins and outs of fitness training. "On average I work out four times a week for two hours a session," says Kevin. He also splits his workouts fairly evenly between cardio and strength training. Kevin holds a dual BS in Marketing & TV, Radio & Film Management. in Kevin is also an avid hiker and tries not to eat too many chocolate chip cookies when they're in front of him. |

Mike Ferrantino has been fighting the good health & fitness fight with family genetics and being born into a large Italian family who he says, "had a borderline insane obsession with food." Mike holds a BA degree in Psychology and attended graduate school for Photojournalism. Mike is also an avid hiker, pro-photographer, urban explorer, vitamin nut and positive thinker. |
