Omron HBF-306c Fat Loss Monitor

Although I don't believe in daily weigh-ins or obsessive fat percent monitoring, I do analyze my body composition (fat, muscle mass, etc.) four times a year with an Omron Analyzer. The Omron HBF-360c takes measuring a step further, by monitoring fat loss.

A Polar F5 Heart Rate Monitor will quickly become an essential fitness tool for you. I have used one for years. At first, I wore it during every workout, but now I only use it on heavy workout days (which is about once a week).
