iBert Safe-T Front Mounted Child Bicycle Seat
If we're going to combat the child obesity epidemic, let's face it, we have to teach our children by example. Getting your child and you out for a bike ride will prove beneficial in the long-run to your own health and begin teaching your child that exercise is fun and adventurous. The iBert Front Mounted Child Bike Seat puts your child right up front where they can see and verbally participate in the ride. It's a lot more fun sitting up front - than being squirreled away behind you where they can't see anything.
Be sure to follow all the manufacturer's instructions for securely mounting the seat and securing your child. And NEVER ride without a helmet (on both of you)! Happy Riding.

Jump Start Kids Trampoline
Where kids are concerned, it's not always just about function, it's about form. The Jump Start Kids Trampoline is a good balance of both form and function. Let's face it, when it comes to today's TV and video game obsessed kids, anything that motivates a little exercise is well worth the money.
If you've read my review of the adult mini trampoline under Home Cardio, you're familiar with the springs vs. bands debate, which some users on Amazon have brought up. Where kids are concerned, I am personally more comfortable with bands rather than springs - but every parent or guardian has to make their own best judgment. Also, I recommend close child supervision during any physical activity!
